Bellarine Estate is committed to upholding its family tradition of producing handcrafted exceptional estate-grown wines and spirits.

The Bellarine Estate Terms and Conditions outline the requirements our visitors must accept and are applicable for Bellarine Estate, @ 2270 Portarlington Road, Bellarine. 3223

Restaurant bookings of 8 or more require a depoist of $15 per person, this is refundable with 48 hours notice.

Hours of operation may vary with no notice or for special events/functions

· Bookings are essential.

· Minimum booking – 1 people

· It is the right of the Management and/or Cellar Door manager to refuse service.

· All Bellarine Estate rates are tax inclusive and subject to change. Credit card surcharges are applicable to purchases. Please contact Bellarine Estate directly for specific surcharges

· Complimentary self-parking on-site

· Wine Tastings consist of six (6 wines) and are chosen at the discretion of the Cellar Door Manager.

· A wine-tasting fee applies.

· The wine-tasting fee will be refunded when a patron purchases a bottle of wine.
NB: Refunded only to the patron making the purchase and subtracted from the purchase price of the wine.

· A spirit-tasting fee applies.

· The spirit-tasting fee will be refunded when a patron purchases two bottle of spirit or twenty-four (24) cans of the mixed cocktail.
NB: Refunded only to the patron making the purchase and subtracted from the purchase price of three (3) bottles of wine.

All bookings made through third-party websites e.g. Redballoon.com, GetYourGuide.com, Viator/TripAdvisor, KK Day, Coastal Glamp Bellarine and others, are subject to Bellarine Estate’s terms and conditions and privacy policies. Please contact us directly should you have any queries in relation to these booking types.
All third-party vouchers must be booked through the third party website 48 hours prior to your arrival at Bellarine Estate and you must have confirmation from Bellarine Estate of the booking.

Where there is a booking for Coastal Glamp Bellarine, visitors are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Coastal Glamping.

· Group tours or individual bookings cancelled 48 hours in advice – no charge or where there has been a payment receive a full refund.

· Group tours cancelled 24 in advance will be charged at the full rate – if the tour has been prepaid there is No Refund.

· Individual bookings cancelled 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $15.00.
