Parents/Legal Guardians:

This is an all-ages family-friendly event, persons 12 and under are admitted free, however, they must be accompanied by a full fare paying responsible adult.

A responsible adult is defined as a person who is of or over the age of 18 years and is:

  • the minor's parent, stepparent, guardian, grandparent, or
  • the minor's spouse who is above the age of 18, or
  • a person who is acting in place of a parent and who could reasonably be expected to exercise responsible supervision of the minor.

An older brother or sister or friend of the juvenile(s) is not a 'responsible adult'.

There is no restriction under the Liquor License Act with regard to how many juveniles can be supervised by one responsible adult. However, we do not recommend more than 2 juveniles per responsible adult at any licensed event.

ACROD/MOBILITY ASSISTANCE

Our outdoor concert site is predominantly flat grass parkland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However, being accompanied by a carer is recommended. Parking for ACROD or wheelchair patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. We strongly advise that you contact us via email to arrange parking beadmin@bellarineestate.com.au if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance, so we can contact you before the event.

We have made several provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include the provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities.
On show day, our event team will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site.
