The Texas Trinity
PK’s BBQ at Bellarine Estate specialises in the Trinity of Texas BBQ, Wagyu brisket, free range pork ribs and house made sausage. All cooked low and slow in our purpose built off-set smoker using red gum, wine soaked oak and sweet fruit woods to deliver that awesome smoke flavour. If the Trinity is not your thing, we also smoke chicken, fish, and vegetables. Our house rubs start with the Central Texas speciality a 50/50 blend of salt and pepper, then we add some Southern sweetness and spice. Our rubs are available for purchase.

Cellar Door

Set within the grounds of the estate our cellar door offers a variety of unique tasting experiences. Taste our estate wines, our spirits from Thirty Acres Distillery or our new Ridge Spritz range. Our team would be happy to curate a tasting experience for you with one of our charcutrie boards featuring our house cured smallgoods matched to our wines.
